CAPTAIN – Tassos Kabitis
Nationality: Hellenic
Born: 1968

Captain Tassos has a Class A diploma from the Greek Merchant Marine Academy. He worked for several years on merchant ships around the world and for the last 25 years onboard Luxury Private and Charter Yachts; the last 18 of which has been on board M/Y Let it Be. He has excellent knowledge of both the Aegean and the Ionian Sea as well as the Turkish coast and French Riviera. He speaks fluent Greek and English.

CHIEF OFFICER – Xenofon Skopelitis
Nationality: Hellenic
Born: 1972

Xenofon is very qualified in every aspect of yachting and can be an excellent water sports instructor having worked on several sailing and motor yachts for 26 years, the last 18 of which has been on board M/Y Let it be. He speaks fluent Greek and English.


CHIEF ENGINEER – Kostas Papanikolaou
Nationality: Hellenic
Born: 1971


Kostas has a Class A diploma from the Greek Merchant Marine Academy. He has 28 years of experience on several private and charter yachts, the last 10 of which he has been on board M/Y Let it Be. He is extremely polite, social, and always willing to assist. He speaks fluent Greek and English.


CHEF –Manolis Mavrigiannakis
Nationality: Hellenic
Born: 1984

Manolis graduated from the Greek National Hotel and Tourism University as a professional chef. He holds vast experience as Chef in luxury restaurants and hotels, mastering Greek Cuisine and specializing in Italian, Japanese, Chinese, French, and Western cuisine. He is fluent in English and Greek.


CHIEF STEWARD – Spiros Lalousis
Nationality: Hellenic
Born: 1968

Spiros has worked onboard cruise ships and motor yachts as a steward for over 25 years, the last 5 of which he has been on board M/Y Let it be. He always ensures that the utmost high level of service is offered in combination with discretion and a warm smile. He speaks fluent English and Greek.


2nd STEWARDESS – Alina Lomtatidze
Nationality: Ukranian
Born: 1992

Alina graduated from Odessa Academy Food Technology. She has worked as a waitress in luxury restaurants, and stewardess in several charter yachts. She speaks fluent English, Russian and French.


3rd STEWARDESS – Oksana Bondarenko
Nationality: Ukranian
Born: 1986

Oksana is very experienced having served as a waitress and housekeeper on cruise lines worldwide and several charter yachts. She has been working on board M/Y Let it be since 2018. She speaks fluent English and Russian.


DECKHAND – Cornelio Alcabaza
Nationality: Filipino
Born: 1972


Cornelio holds a diploma from the Maritime Training Institute of the Philippines. For the last 22 years, he has worked on private and charter yachts, the last 17 of which he has been on board M/Y Let it Be. Over these years he has gained valuable knowledge of cruising among the Greek islands. He speaks fluent English.
