AHOY! I have been captaining charter trips in the Virgin Islands since 1986. I have worked with the leading company in the V.I. for 16 years. The Adventure starts with a custom boarding either at our home base at Compass Point Marina
or pick up at the dock at the National Park Dock Cruz Bay.
We have ice and bottled water in a large cooler. You can bring whatever snacks or liquor you like.
Professionally cleaned Snorkel gear is on the boat. Please bring your own towels and reef friendly sunscreen, no sprays.
If we are going to the BVI bring valid Passports and custom fees in cash.

Captain Dan Biography
Captain Dan has been extremely active in the Marine Industry since 1981. As one of the top marketers for a large marine dealership he has dedicated himself to making sure all of his clients boating needs were fulfilled. Since 1998 has brought that commitment to the Virgin Islands by helping visitors discover some of the most beautiful destinations in the world. With over 4,500 day trips and overnight charters to his credit, he has enhanced the vacation experience of our guests and has helped create truly memorable adventures afloat. Morning Adventures
A fantastic morning cruise with a first stop is the amazing Honeymoon or Lovango Reefs. Clouds of curious fish that even Crayola Crayons don’t have colors for snorkel with you in water so clear it’s like air. Then it is off to the legendary Maho Bay, often called “Turtle Cove”. Dozens of Hawksbill Turtles arrive on the scene to escort you to their playground. We get you back in time for lunch or we can bring you to beautiful Cruz Bay St. John where you can explore the village at your leisure.

St Thomas Adventures
One of the most overlooked cruising grounds is beautiful St.Thomas. Since the BVI is not opened yet and we don’t have the cruise ship crowds, St.Thomas has become an exciting destination, rivaling even Jost Van Dyke and Norman Islands in the BVI. Stunning Magens Bay with its mile long white powder beach is like it used to be 30 years ago before mass travel. We have our very own Soggy Dollar type bar on Water Island called Dinghy’s. With a beautiful powder beach and calm bay it has become a must see on a St.Thomas Adventure. As always, our world famous Pizza Boat PI is strategically located to satisfy the most discriminating Pizza Lover. There are dozens of great snorkeling spots from Lovango Key to Christmas Cove and Buck Island

Not a Taco Eater? No problem! Pizza Pi serves up fresh NY style pizza while you snorkel with reef fish, turtles & the occasional dolphin. Also serving ice cream, irie pops, and various libations both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

Since the BVI has not opened to day boat travel, we have created one of the most stunning US only trips. Our St. John Special explores in detail one of the Top National Parks in the United States. Amazing 3 Buoy Reef and Water Lemon Key where our aquatic friends like Henrietta the Turtle swim with you through clouds of colorful tropical fish. Maho Bay and Francis Bay beckon to be explored, as well. On the other side of St John we have the option to lunch at Lime Out, the famous Taco Boat. The South side of the Island has a galaxy of bays and reefs to see as well. If time permits, we may even pop by the award winning Pizza Boat for dessert or a pie to go. St John and all of its treasures await you.
GREAT snorkeling at "The Indians"
Located just off of Norman Island, The Indians are composed of three rock formations sticking out of the water, but it’s what’s under the water that is truly amazing. The Indians have two very different seascapes, on one side there is a lot of soft coral and beautiful sea fans and unbelievably colorful fish. The other side is a steep wall that goes from around ten feet to thirty-five feet where moray eels hang out on the outcroppings.
Captain Dan created such a memorable day for my husband and I from the moment he picked us up to when he dropped us off. Dan asked what we were interested in doing for our trip and was very knowledgeable in picking destinations that matched perfectly with what we wanted. Our day was a mix of jumping into the beautiful, clear waters to swim to nearby islands to explore, stopping in the BVI for lunch on Jost Van Dyke, and getting drinks at the Soggy Dollar. We toured the coastline of different parts of the islands and Dan was able to point out celebrity homes and had facts about everywhere we looked. Dan was also able to tell us about different luxury yachts that we passed (there were many!). We wrapped up our day with snacks and drinks from the Pizza Boat before Dan dropped us back off. Overall, this is a day that we wish we could live over and over again. Thanks again, Captain Dan!
